Doing our part for the less fortunate can come in various forms. 2 weekends ago, I conducted an exclusive Organic Chemistry seminar for JC students, priced at a token sum of $30, with the intention of raising funds for the aged sick. Thanks to all my students for spreading words to their peers, more than 40 new faces turned up for the seminar and we raised a total of $1230. Although i was totally exhausted after the seminar (lectured for over 7 hours on sunday), it was a fulfilling weekend as I managed to channel my strength towards good cause and also left all the students in the seminar enlightened and positive about learning of Organic Chemistry
